Nibor and I finished two 90-balloon k-mods today. Nibor went to test his and a stress fracture that was previously glued blew out. So we did some heavy reinforcing. We haven't got range stats yet, will post them ASAP! B)

<EDIT> Not powerful enough for 210K, but still powerful.

Hmm, get that range test soon. This sounds good, however I'm not too sure about them being called 210000s. That's just a little to long, 210k might be ok but it would be sad if people renaming the numbers of their guns that much became mainstream.

How about trying trigger valve replacement? I'm considering it on my 27000.

There was a pre-existing crack that was glued. After the glue blew out, Nibor put 4 new layers on and that should hold it. That was the only problem with the valve.
What is the most balloons ever used? I'm asking because 90 is up there and not many members dare to use that many, I don't think even XN used that many, so number changing would not be widespread.

Wow, 90 balloons , I found 60 a B****. I'm anxious to see the range stats.
Did you have trouble clamping it together?

I heard that he used 60-70. However I wasn't very active at that time so I don't know.

I wonder how many he actually did use? I've tried emailing him before with his new email address but I never got a response.

I know 80 balloons nearly fills the CP, so I would call 90 a FULL HOUSE mod. Bet that thing is hard to pump! How much shot time do you get? My 80 balloon mod is about a second, maybe 1.2

Well we still haven't been able to get stats. Nibor's valve blew again and my trigger valve needs some adjusting. That means opening the guns again and I think we will continue tomarrow. We did do some painting, I gave my 21000 silver chrome B) My 210K is black, a perfect gun for night fights and sniping, if I can get it to work right. You guys should see the pc after 90 balloons, there isn't an inch clearance from the back of the balloons to the casing. Nibor wanted to try 100 but the pc would never be closable so 90 was fine. I am hoping to get stats tomarrow, I think the range will be amazing.

Yeah. This could be a monumental mark in modding. I was thinking because the pc has so many balloons, its not going to be able to expand enough. But it does expand enough. Both me and Dux are affraid to pump untill we can't pump anymore.

Pumping once with pressure losing fast shoots about 40 feet. Just a guess but it shot pretty far for one pump.

I don't think it really is that much of a monumental mark, rather just hitting the limits of modding. I guess there is limits to everything. That was your 200th btw nibor.

I think this is seriously going into homemade territory on the power. If there's problems with the trigger valve I'd just ditch it, replace it with some PVC stuff. That, hopefully, will be enough to hold it in.

90 Balloons! Woah! Yeah I really want to see the stats for that. Post them up as soon as you get them. Is there any recoil on it? Cause I tried a K-modded 1700, and it had some recoil. Well post them when you get them. :D

Many CPS soakers already have a noticable recoil. At around 30 balloons it becomes more noticable and with more you can really feel it. Eventually you get used to it and other guns feel weak. :p h34r:

Naw, I'm going to work with Dux and where going to make the crack in my trigger valve nice and strong. The problem with Dux's trigger valve happened to a couple of his other guns. We're going to find the problem. Nothing to worry about. ;)

Thanks Doom. I just was wondering about the recoil thing. Cause the modded 1700 felt like it could knock a 6 year old off there feet. Oh, and can't wait too see the stats. :D

RESULTS:

Well my gun is not exactly the homemade destroyer I thought it would be, but still very powerful.
Range: Around 60ft., give or take a few ft.

Shot time: about 2 sec.

Shots per tank: 8.5, pumped all the way each time.

Output: Not sure, somewhere around 15x.

I guess the name 21K still is fitting. 90 balloons is a bit too much, I think an 80 balloon mod would optimize the potential power better. Nibor has yet to test his 21k, it is an MK1, so..............
