This is a simple homeade I made from stuff around the house so Don't say it sucks
matierials
ball valve
2 liter
2-3 heliem quality balloons
2 caps from 2-liters
Use the balloons like an xps on the 2-liter. then screw the ball valve on. Make one hole in a cap that the point of a water balloon filer will fit in.In the other cap make a tiny hole.To fill screw the cap with a big hole on to the ball valve take a wbf and put it in the hole and turn on the water.when you think its full push the lever switch the caps and pull the lever to fire.
what do you think?
EDIT:I now have 295 posts, and will always remember my first post on ANY forum, right here.

It sucks
j/k
Well it is a nice homemade if it is your first one... But really think about it, 7 feet can't match up to any gun ever made for super soaker. In fact a dollar store gun could probably match up to it.
Sorry for degrading your design, I'm sure you put lots of work into it, and I probably couldn't make better unless I had instructions.

I think a dollar store gun would be cheaper? A PVC ball valve cost just as much as most dollar store guns.

Soaker Leader, please start using punctuation correctly. That post could use a few more commas and periods to keep reading easy.Wait would you put the balloon filler in the hole of the nozzle/cap and fill it from the hose through the balloon filler into the balloons in th 2 liter and close the ball vale(sp?).
I think the problem with this homemade is the number of balloons. Use 50 or more and you might be going somewhere.

But we put it around something that is already attached. His threads have to go all the way through the rubber. (If I understand the design)
