Default Need some advice please

I'm a sniper in my little water war team, but since most of my weaponry is highly outdated and none of it is any good for sniping. I'm looking for a new gun, suitable for sniping. I willing to go for anything air pressure, CPS, SoakerTag, anything. Within reason (about 40 quid.)

If are looking for a powerful and light sniper weapon I suggest you go for a CPS 1200 or a CPS 2100. On the other hand if you want a big sniper weapon go for a CPS 2500. With the CPS 2500's ever so powerful 20X nozzle the enemy may not know what hit him/her.

Wouldn't the CPS 1000 be better than the CPS 1200. Seeing as the 1000 has a slightly better range? I was considering a 1200/1000 from the start so thanks.

Good point. A CPS 1000 would actually be better because it is more powerful, has a better range and has a higher output. I used to have one until it broke after 3 years but again these things are only plastic so in my view 3 years is quite a good lifespan. I am even thinking about getting another one soon. If you see one pick it up. You won't be disappointed.

Ok thanks.

What position are you when you are involved in water wars?
I'm always Commander/Sniper. Weird combo hehehehe.

Same here I am the Commander/Main Officer while my friend is back up if I run out of water or pressure. He can also be a sniper using my CPS 2100 or 2500. Great when using a 2500 as the enemy gets soaked. He he

yah, the 2500 is a legendary gun. I'll be telling my Grandchildren how we used to have water wars, and we used to have to come within 30' of each other !!!! 45' in the case of the 1500.

Would it be a good idea to use a WBL as a sniper weapon? If so, should I put a scope on it? (It would be useful to scare the newer people) ^_^

I personally think it would be an excellent sniper weapon, but I've never used one, so I don't know what the long-range accuracy is like. If it's good, then yeah, some sort of a scope might be worth having.

EDIT: Post 999!

I wouldn't use a WBL as a sniper, because of the reload time and how they can't be safely used at close range. Welliot, Spinner has a few guns which you could buy, a 1500 would make a decent sniper and he has one for sale (I believe). If you can get a 1000 I would recommend it. But the stream is too wide for a sniper in my opinion, better for running into combat as an assault rifle.
