First step is finding members! In the summer, invite some friends to a party that would include some soaking, and find people who are interested. NEVER fails!

If you have five dollars and steelboot has five dollars, steelboot has more money than you.
GOTTA SOAK 'EM ALL!

Ya, and its also good to just ask around who wants to do it. My team is still growing and its not even the summer yet.

You'll get a team eventually, martianshark!
The name's Juch, just Juch.
Also known as Commander JuchJawsTurtles, commander of the C0BALT TiDE team in The Ocean Volcano Union.
SPLASH! You're dead!

As most here know, I personally don't go by official "teams" but instead organize all wars as parties in the way steelboot mentioned. I then lend out my armory during these events. People are more likely to join up if there's no commitment nor requirement to buy a blaster.

Yeah, it can be pretty hard to have a team where I live, especially when it is below 70 degrees 9 months out of the year.

I live near LA, but I'm not going to tell you exactly where until I know you better.
