Electric motors need torque. If it can spin a billion times a second, that don't mean a thing, because it's got no power. Torque pretty much is power. I used to be into building and battling robots made out of real cheap stuff, and without a gear shaft nothing will happen. Adding voltage or amps will just burn out, or even what happened to me, melt the motor. I had six 9 volts.

SIX nine volts? thaz issane unless theyre parallel.
no wonder it burned thats what a resistor or potentiometer is for

I know try running 1 of thos off of a nomle house transformer............zzzzzzz kapop pop pop zzzz them the power goes out the braker go's boom.. ok where getting of topic <_< fftopic:

They were in parrallel. I had a potentiometers, but it was for steering. And I had a potentiometer to control speed or power, but some dude named Andy had to break that one. <_< I thought that the ability to steer was more imortant, so I kept that one for steering.

if it does, I want to name it! I make great names(double deus). how about: THE MAX-D 5000 TWISTER!
or: The Super Soaker TWISTED series presents: THE NEW TWISTED MAX-D 5000!
and, in a thesaurus, perverted is the same as twisted... replace "twisted" in that second name... :P
