I just went to rite-aid,wal-mart, k-mart, and big 5 sporting goods. (Btw, some guns I checked the price, most I did not.)
Here is what I found:

Rite-aid:
The entire 2004 super soaker line, all about $5 dollars over priced. I guess rite-aid is not the source for old soakers any more... :(

Big 5:
SC big trouble $39.99 (got one on sale for $12... Watch the sales flyers)
12inch piston type gun $12

Kmart:
The best selection.
Entire Water Warriors line.
SS XP 70 (repaint: green & purple)
SS XP 20 2 pack
Storm 550e repaints.

Wal-Mart:
SS Wacky soaker ball
SS Max-d 2000 with soaker ball
A ton of cheap squirt pistols
SS liquidator
SS Vaporizer
Water Warriors wasp? Not sure. (Piston type gun)

What have you found this year at your stores?

Yeah, that's pretty much what I saw. People say the Blazer by Water Warriors is good. However, if you ask me it's an oversized and smaller nozzles CPS 1000. Check the Sports Authority, people have had good luck finding CPS 2100s and MXs there.

Except the Blazer isn't as eXplosive (k'xded...inside joke, sorry) as a Cps 1000. The water just gently glides out of the gun.
Anyways...
I have heard of Big Troubles being sold at Big 5 a lot, and though they are not as powerful as a PowerPak, they are an excellent weapon because of the huge reserve/PC and have pretty good power, ranging just under 40 feet (for all nozzles) when I tested.

I have to agree with Blaze, I love my SC Big Trouble, and if you can find one fore under 30 dollars, get it. You won't be sorry. (BTW I just compared the 8.5x nozzle on ym BT to the 11.5x nozzle on my Monster X. They are pretty much the same. I have notcied this irregularity in the nozzle ratings on other guns in the past).

I will be putting a big trouble on ebay hopefully sometime this summer, stay tuned (should start at $20)
"I used to care, but now I take a pill for that."

You can pretty much ignore the times on that, I rarely ever have Xfire on when I play. I should, though.
