On Ebay I paid $92 for a cps 2500. Did I pay too much or was it worth it

Edit: Please get in the habit of using punctuation marks, in this case a question mark. ;)

Um, considering you can get a CPS 2500 for a lot less and a lot more, I think you're average as far as eBay bidding goes. I wouldn't say you got ripped off. It sounds like you really wanted the soaker and were willing to pay that much for it.

Yeah, sounds to me like an average-to-high cost - nothing to really worry about, if you really wanted it.

If you ask me, that was a big rip-off. I would never pay more than a certain water gun worth originally regardless of the rarity. I paid $0.99 for my XP 150 (most for shipping) and my brother bought a NIB Super Soaker 300 for $27 including shipping!

You could do better than that is all that I am saying. Wait until winter or early spring for the best deals on eBay. ;)

It's a rip off if the starting price was that high. If you think its worth the money then its a good deal for you, and the person who put it on eBay.

I would call it a rip-off. My CPS 2500 was $31 off Ebay, or about 1/3 the cost of yours. If you really wanted that particular 2500, then it was worth it, but if you didn't have to have that one, I would have waited for a much better deal to pop up on Ebay.

Thanks guys.

I probably should have waited for a better deal :( , but I did want to get it before summer was completely over.

I'd say that wasnt too hot of a deal... Water gun prices seem to just keep going up and up, and my oppinion is the 2500 is a great gun... i got like 3 but for 90 bucks id stick with a 1000 or 1200 or something that can be picked up cheeper.
