How do you put on attached images?

I can't figure out how to put a thumbnail image on post. Can any one help.

Wait when I was going to add a image it said error(sp?) can not put this image in. :(

Please use capitalization correctly! Notice that everyone but you capitalizes I? Also, most of the time you go (sp?) it's correct, please don't overuse that.

Your image probably was too large. Try resizing it or saving it at a lower quality or compressed format.

Umm, he is using capitalization, therefore he should use it correctly.

Then it probably wasn't the correct file type. What was it's filename extension? 64k is allowed to be uploaded.

This is the file name C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\My Documents\My Pictures.
