i have an really old MAX D, but i dont know what it is.... :o

its purple and prange, its a pump gun, and it has a green trigger........

i going to go to a water ballon war tomorrow, and they allowed us to bring guns, but mine is not working... the trigger sticks, and all the pressure just builds up in the main chamber and when i open the filling cap, the water blasted out at me.....
it looks kinda this, but with a chromey MAX D sticker on the sides:

Just now, i actually took apart the gun, and put back together, also supergluing (with Gorilla super glue) the pump joint and the joint between the nozzle assembly and chamber, and after putting it all back toghter, it works fine, but it seems that the more the tank empties the more puming i have to do..... :p

Right. The Max-D 5000 uses what we call a "pressurized reservoir" because you pump air into a tank full of water. The compressed air pushes the water out, but as it empties, you need to pump a lot of air in to maintain pressure.
