I said my 4100 (snigger) was broken. Well...actually...my 2100's trigger was. I tried to fix it, but to no avail could it be done.

I mailed once, second day response. Then I replied again and again a fast response.

Hi BLANKEDOUT

Thank you for taking the time to contact Hasbro, Inc.

We appreciate your taking the time to share your comments with us. Please be assured that your concerns will be shared with the product team.

Regrettably the item in question is no longer in production and replacement parts are no longer available.

Since your satisfaction is our goal, we wish to send you, at the address you provided, a replacement item of equal value. Shipping will be done as quickly as possible.

We hope this resolution meets with your approval. Please do not hesitate to contact us again, should you require additional assistance.

EQUAL VALUE...that means...Noooo! A 3A or a frigging Hydroblade. OH ITS SOOOO AAMAZING...NOT!

Actually I do know that spinner got a CPS 4100 replacement for his CPS 2500. I think others have too, the CPS 4100 is still in production as far as I know.

Nope, it's actually a 2003 model according to them, but stragglers are left at warehouses and when they aren't sold they move on to next year. I feel so strange...If I acutually do buy a 4100, would it be sold for more on ebay next year? Maybe they will bring back good soakers and it won't be good to sell... Oh well...maybe Ill get the 4100 after all. But a monster x looks so....CRAZY...

Thats unfortunate, however at least they are sending you something as a replacement. Heck I wouldn't be complaining if they sent me a more powerful blaster. MOst comapnies won't send you replacements like that chief.

Funny. When I asked for a replacement for my CPS 4100 because the trigger broke (That's what you get for owning an MK2 {MK Different as I call it}), they immediately sent me one. But I fixed my old one and now I have two (yay). And guess what, the one Hasbro sent me was the MK1 (MK Awesome as I call it). Non-Stubborn trigger valve, two years old...still in old 2002 box...but I recieved it just a few months ago. Hasbro must love me :Hey, that's funny.: .
