The old price guide still is fairly accurate in my opinion. Check eBay's completely items for real selling prices however.
Other than the top 4, I don't think you'll make much money for these water guns. CPS 1000s and CPS 1200s sell for at least $40 on eBay. The Flash Flood would likely go for as much as it costs in stores ($20). As for the Blazer, some people might pay $25 for it.

If my parents were more into eBay, I would go for the XP 310 and even the Blastmaster 660 if it was cheap enough (though I'd probably only want the XP 310). You'll certainly get good prices for the CPSs, although I can't guarantee any certain price like Ben can since I don't watch eBay any more. However, if you're selling this summer, you must sell now if you're looking for a good price. I actually recommend selling in the spring, when the CPS prices might rise some more and when the greater demand will mean a huge increase in value.

If you're talking about Cloud's guide, if you typed a whole bunch of random numbers with your eyes closed, you would have a more unbiased, accurate guide than that, IMVHO. It was never accurate to begin with. Plus, not only being biased, it has also become rather dated as new highs and lows have been made since it was written.
Prices are relative: it depends on when the auction is and how well the seller "sells" the item. A well written description, good original pictures, etc. fetch more money. Stealing pictures and/or having spelling mistakes costs you money. Mid-late Spring beats Summer if you want the best price possible.
Most of those guns will likely sell for near their retail cost. The 1000 and 1200 have the most potential for a better price.
