Interesting. It's pretty rare from what I hear. I wonder what sort of price it will fetch - Cloud's price topic indicates possibly between $20-$40.

Hey Guys, I'm actually from Australia so this may not hold true for all other parts of the world but in the past I've brought soakers marked as CPS2000 that look and act identical to a CPS1000. Obviously they arnt made by larami but are rip offs. HOWEVER they do employ the correct CPS technology and are actually quiote robust albiet not quite a good as the larami brand.
So if you can inspect the soaker before you buy it then you'll be able to easily tell if its a CPS blaster. Simply look at the nozzle, if its has a nozzle size comparable to an XP then its a fake. If it has a large CPS type nozzle then its probably authentic.
Anyway just saying that it may be worth checking out some of these fakes incase they are direct copies of the larami blasters in which case they may be used when authentic blasters cannot be obtain or as a source of cheap parts.
