Homemade with left, normal trigger with right. I can also use my left hand to pull normal triggers, but usually don't unless something else [like a water balloon] is occupying my right hand. Climbing fences/logs is another time when firing with the left hand becomes necessary.
Edit-While I'm ambi with triggers, I'm not so much with pumps. Really stiff pumps like my 21K and APH pumps are not something I can use comfortably with my right hand.

I voted ambi, because I tend to dual-weild lighter weapons a lot, but I would nearly always pull the trigger of a single weapon with my right hand, because I usually want my faster, more powerful left on the pump and supporting the front of the soaker.
But then again, if I was firing round a corner (which I do occasionally because almost nobody expects it! , then I'd use my left for the same reason that I don't usually. Hmmm, not sure how much sense that makes, but oh well.

Almost always right - same for writing.
Even at Army Cadets I use my right hand (even if a left handed weapon is available), despite the fact that I am left eyed (it's always easier to fire if both are on the same side, and it is generally best to go with the side of the eye if they don't match.).
However, I am still one of the best shots in the detachement (I actually hold the record of the single best round of shooting - however on average I hold about third)
Nonetheless, I can fire left handed, but I only do so in rare cases, such as dual wielding.

I always use my right hand, no matter what, to fire. It is very difficult for me to use my left at all. I find it very hard to pump with my right hand as well, even though I am a total righty all over. Probably I just am used to it... or maybe my left hand has grown stronger though practice.
