APH Problem, need help

My APH's ball valve has gotten almost stuck. What do you recommend me to do in order to fix it. Here's a picture:

This has happened to me a million times. PVC ball valves can lock up very easily. The seal is tight, so lubricating with oil usually doesn't do anything. I think you'll just have to grab a wrench with a lot of leverage and really crank it. Unless glue has gotten inside of the valve!

mix the sucked water with silicon oil, fire some through the valve then. THen force the valve open and close, trying to get some silicon-water through the valve. THis should help to get the valve smooth again.
