Re: CPS 3200
I don't know, but I would make one guess - more if you build your own backpack for it.
I work on Windows. My toolbox is Linux.
Arsenal:
Super Soaker: XP215, 2xXP220, Liquidator, Aquashock Secret Strike M(odded), Arctic Blast M, CPS1200, CPS2100, SC Power Pak, 3l aquapack, 1.5l aquapack
Water Warriors: Jet, Sting Ray M, Shark, Argon M, Tiger Shark, PulseMaster
Others: Waterbolt, The Blaster, Storm 500, Shield Blaster 2000, generic PR gun, generic backpack piston pumper (broken), 3l garden sprayer M, 10l water carrier:

Re: CPS 3200
I was already thinking about that. I did figure out a way to fill the bladder itself without the backpack, but it was not practical for anything other than testing. Time to go build that backpack.......

Re: CPS 3200
I hesitate to say this, but it depends on how you spin it. If you give it a paintjob and mount it on a clamp, you could call it a mounted rivergun. If you don't want to do anything to it, you could market it as a replacement gun for someone who just has the backpack left. (Conversely, you could try to find an orphaned backpack yourself.)
But the most useful and straightforward solution is, as cantab said, to fix it yourself. From what I've seen, selling broken or incomplete items on eBay – hobby guns, musical instruments, DVD collections, etc. – doesn't really appeal to buyers.

Re: CPS 3200
I would not want to convert a 3200 into a rivergun, not only because the rubber bladder is more sensitive to foreign materials but also due to the value of the gun.
Building a backpack is easy... provided that you can find the right parts for it. If you build one, it'll probably be more confortable than the actual 3200's backpack too. (provided you use an actual backpack)
To build one, look around the camping section of stores for a camp shower. This is basically a 5 gallon sack which you will use to store the water, and plus, it deflates unlike the 3200's actual backpack. You will not fill it up all the way to 5 galloons. Then find a way to connect the tubing to the 3200. I never worked with any backpack guns so I'm not sure how you could do that, but if you know some basic techniques with tubing (such as putting larger tubing into smaller tubing, which reduces the need for barbs and adapters as long as you can get the tubes to seal) you should be able to find a way to connect it.
