I'm currently designing and creating a soaker website under the name TTH (Tsunami Tidal Hangout) for my local area. It won't be the best, but it will suffice to give info to my friends about water warfare. When I'm done, I'll add it to the webring.

Sounds good, make sure it has a good design, good host, good content, good pictures, good stuff, do it right.

Well the hosting is from Cogeco (im not sure if it gets pop-ups or not) which is free and has plenty of free space. The pictures and content aren't a problem, but I think I might need new backgrounds.

You seem excited, but I think I should learn myself how to design and create my own graphics and backgrounds
