xp 85 triple shot

Post by used man » Mon May 26, 2008 6:17 pm

So, i recently got a xp 85 for free without a cap. Because ive read so much about it i decided to fix it, i put on a ball valve and cemented it. I was pleasantly surprised, it easily got 5 feet more range than my steady stream. So to any one who is reading this the xp 85 is definitely a decent gun and not the worst ever.

ps: i have the one with the clear tank and black side nozzles, there may be a difference between the two versions.

Nice repair. Can you give more details so I can update the Marks Guide? It sounds like a whole 'nother version!

so, here is the gun and repair (sorryabout the tape i deemed the gun un sellable and the tank had tiny scratches on the inside). I even measured ranges, level got 25 ft and angled got 36 ft. A side note is that the fill valve can be a 20 ft riot blast wich is awsome.
