XP 85

Post by VAJMH » Sun Sep 27, 2009 8:28 am

I've noticed that despite (allegedly) being awful, these are a bit rare, and SSC doesnt have a review for one. I happen to own a working model, and was wondering if anyone would consider making an offer on it for review purchases, or just to have one.

I'm not sure I have the time or the drive to really do so, though I feel it has an undeservedly poor reputation. I just remembered a few sites that do reviews that pointed out the unavailability of the soaker, and thought maybe there was someone looking for one.,

They are neat but awful. I remember mine. It had a huge design flaw in which there was was no check valve, or if there was mine didn't work. That and the reservoir was not strong enough. Eventually it bulged and cracked....that gun was done.

Mine was the orange version with the clear green reservoir.
