I finally started work on this project. Now I have some balloons (12-17) to be my PC. I plan on getting more (I'm putting them on as if I was k-modding), and I sealed them on using electrical tape. I now need to reposition the tubing leading to the trigger valve, reposition one of the check valves, and possibly reinforce the trigger.
PS, SilentGuy, do you mean that the check valves are right next to each other on the pump?
EDIT: I added another 12 balloons, raising my balloon count somewhere between 24-29.

The check valve don't need to be any closer than in standard air pressure soakers. Imagine this: you take a standard soaker, remove the reservoir (so the first check valve pulls in air, rather than water), and drill a hole in the PC for a reservoir cap. Bingo, you've got a PR soaker! DISCLAIMER: Not that I'd recommend actually doing so...the performance will be worse in all aspects, and I'd rather not write out the huge list of disadvantages.
