I was trying to take out the PC when.....well.....SNAP! The part that goes from the PC to the trigger valve snapped. Should I just Epoxy it? It fits together perfect, so its not in like four pieces. Please please please help! I have a bad feeling its not fixable.
Soak, or be soaked that is the question!

Allright, just remember the golden rule of the repairs forum: Get a picture!
If this happened to me I would find a piece of PVC or brass that fits on the inside or outside of the break. I actually did a similar fix to my CPS 1000's pump -- using a small piece of brass to bridge a break in it. I should get that on the site now that I think of it...
The only difference with this is that pressure is involved. This means that you should make sure to keep the pressure at all costs. Strong epoxy and coarse sandpaper you will need, and I also am quite sure that this repair would be easier with something to bridge the break as I mentioned before.
Get a picture and expect more help.

That would be more helpful than no picture, though, I don't think it would be anywhere near as helpful as a real picture. If I were you, I'd just get the film developed and wait. If you know someone with access to a dark room, take it on some black and white film to their specifications and you might be able to get it developed quicker. Other than that, I think it would feel safer to wait a few days for the film develop and give us a useful picture than make a paint one right now.

I haven't taken a picture, and probably won't because it is my Dads camera, and I don't want him to find out until I fix it so he won't get mad. He didn't really want me to open it up. On the bright side I may have figured out how to fix it though. The part that broke was like a cap holding the PC so if I just put a PVC part over it with glue it should fix it. While it is opened I am going to K-mod it, and am wondering if "9" balloons are big enough. Also what parts should I reinforce? Probably the trigger valve, check valve, and anything else that takes pressure. Oh yeah, should I do the K-mod because of the snap?

I get blisters and sores from using 12". When I tried 9" it was just too small and hurt too much. It's better to use 12" because it's basically the exact size of the PC. I never even was able to get 9" balloons on the PC. So just stick with 12". B)

You won't want to use anything larger than 12" and if you do you'll regret it later when you are trying to close the pc casing. Even with 12" balloons it is hard to close the pc, but with larger ones you probably won't be able to close it at all.

When you XPS a 270, be careful when you push back in the PC with the balloons on, it is really annoying. I suggest taking it all apart completely (including nozzle cap (probably will need sawing off, but sometimes a screwdriver can prise it)) then get the plastic piping the PC goes into in a vice and push it in. Hard.
