If any of your soakers ever break because of the soaker itself (my cps 4100's trigger randomly broke off) then go to the customer service thing on hasbro's site. I went there to tell them to fix the cps 4100 (I didn't request a new one, just that they are fixed) and they just sent back an email saying that they will ship me a new one (u have to give them your address to send emails and stuff). or if they can't get a cps 4100 (but they can cuz they have them on amazon) they'll give me something else.

my email:
I am sending this email to let the staff at Hasbro know that the SuperSoaker CPS 4100 needs work. The trigger is very weak on it. Just the other day, I was using my CPS 4100, and when I tried to shoot the gun, the trigger broke off. I did not overpump my gun, I just used it normally like I have always used it. Anyways I think that you people at Hasbro should really fix your soakers because if I hear about a weak trigger or any weak parts in your soakers I might not ever buy another one again.

Uhh, they don't make the 4100 anymore and I don't think they'll help you get replacement parts. I forget the form url where you could buy some replacement parts, but I doubt they would give them to you in 2004 even for a gun made in 2002.

I can't say I'm impressed with the Hasbro UK service. No reply to my email, so I resent it, no reply to my reply, so I phoned them, only to be told that the best thing for me to buy with my refunded CPS 2500 money was a 3A.

EDIT: cut down the quotes

actually, doom, you're wrong. I have seen them in stores and on the web all the time. as far as I know they're the only cps soakers still being made. and even if by freak chance your right, they said they would send a soaker anyways.

and to "BlueSmudge", here's a link.
Hasbro Customer Service
go to the faqs and stuff and then go to the tab next to the instant answers thing that says email us.

Well whatever, people said they are only being sold because they are in stock, notice how there was no 2100? Possibly because it's out of stock.

also possible hasbro was impressed at the income from the 4100s more than the 2100s and decided to keep them in market. w/e we'll see when I get my soaker. and also the replacement parts list doesn't have a 4100 trigger. im fixing mine with this stuff called Plastic Welder...3500 lbs. per square inch.

XPBackfire-esque...I just gave out info on how to get soakers to my opponent...

I wonder what backpack it is? 3000, 3200, Big Trouble, Power Pak?

If I had to guess, I would guess the 3200...
