No guys! Doom is out of his mind! Blaze just made his Max-D 2000 as good as a CPS weapon. I'm sure its worth it if its only your sidearm.
Im not sure if this is applicable to you gun, but you should get a Max-D 2000 and do this.
First he froze the checkvalve. Then, he took the nozzle cover off, and cut the nozzle about half way down so that it has about a 1.5 cm diameter. Then put it backtogether with out the nozzle cover.
To use:
It takes 80 pumps to get the full power of this gun now. Even though the pump is really easy, this could still take as much as a minute, so pressurize before going into combat. Once you pull the trigger you get almost a seconed of CPS quality blast! Plus no drop off if you didn't fill the reservoir with water all the way, so it ends with a big puff of air!
The amazing thing is that at a 0 degree angle this thing shoots 40 "F"ing feet! on a little Max-D 2000! That's crazy. If my Max-D valve hand't broken awile ago, I would have done this to mine!

Calling the ADMIN OUTTA HIS MIND... NICE KARMA.
Also, lemme point out.
THE 2000 IS A SMALL RESIVOR TECH SOAKER. YOU ARE IMPLYING THAT A RESIVOR TECH SOAKER CAN OBTAIN ANYWHERE NEAR CPS POWER? SMELLS LIKE BS TO ME!

It's possible to make a pressurized reservoir gun like the Max-D 2000 shoot 40 feet, but even if it does it's not going to be useful as the shot time would be decreased a XPBackfire-esqueload and the number of pumps would skyrocket. If you think a gun that takes 80 pumps and has 325 ml PC sucks big time. However, since you probably would only use something like that as a backup, it might make a good "last blast'. Other than that you've ruined the point of having a small gun.
I also don't think a 1.5 cm nozzle on a gun like that could make it shoot 40 feet. That is way off. On my latest one, a 3 cm one barely shoots 30 and comparitively it's like that.

Sorry doom. My metric is XPBackfire-esquepy. more like 5 mm. Maybe as much as 8mm. The idea really is a last blast. Just to use as you make it back to refill. It usually won't take much time. SO a 1/2 seconed CPS is good enough.

No need to thank us. You know why? Cuz that's a one liner! I keep saying, no-one ever gives a XPBackfire-esque when he one lines. But if I slip out of line BAM!
no offense to you, it would just be better if none one lines.

They are ok to use now and then, just not on like every post. I would also not bother with nay max-d mods. 80 pumps isnt worth it. If I battled him with my 21 k for example, I could outshoot him by 20 shots to 1 [my gun takes 4 pumps to pressurize] Might as well just mod a cps.

I have two md 3000, so I have one to spare. I will try this mod. It seems interesting, and poerful. Thanks for the information.
P.S. I ahve never seen the insides of a MD 3000 before, so this will be fun. *poking around* hey, is this the check valve? No, um....how about this? Nope, not that...uh....*poking around*
