Just post a Description of Your Loadout's Name, Primary and Secondaries, Purpose, tactic and Why you chose yours
please post pics also.

Here is mine

LoudOut Name:
Shock 'n Awe

Primary: Agitator 3 Homemade
Using 7 Different Nozzle bits from 1/8 to 3/4
1/8 being the longest shooting, most powerful and yet most conservative

Secondary: Arctic Blast Hasbro
Durable blaster that has good ammo conservation

Purpose:
Shock 'n Awe

Tactic:
Taking out groups of targets at once

I chose this loadout because it is a perfect combo of Strength and Efficiency.

Water Warriors Stingray

Rolled up newspapers (for throwing, allowed weapons in my usual games)

A lightweight setup for high maneuverability and speed - useful in a Capture The Flag game. Drawback is the Stingray's a bit lacking in range.

Also, my advice: Don't use the AB, or any Max-D or later Super Soaker. THEY WILL BREAK. My AB, Secret Strike and Liquidator have all broken with very little use.
I work on Windows. My toolbox is Linux.
Arsenal:
Super Soaker: XP215, 2xXP220, Liquidator, Aquashock Secret Strike M(odded), Arctic Blast M, CPS1200, CPS2100, SC Power Pak, 3l aquapack, 1.5l aquapack
Water Warriors: Jet, Sting Ray M, Shark, Argon M, Tiger Shark, PulseMaster
Others: Waterbolt, The Blaster, Storm 500, Shield Blaster 2000, generic PR gun, generic backpack piston pumper (broken), 3l garden sprayer M, 10l water carrier:

Primary weapon: CPS 1200 (or it will be, as soon as I get it fixed, since it only needs a simple rubber band repair)
Secondary: MI Flash Flood
Purpose: General water wars
Tactics: I mostly use stealth by sneaking up on people.

@cantab: My Liquidator stopped working, then spontaneously started working again. My 2 Flash Floods (Max-D trigger guns) are working fine. While I wouldn't suggest a Max-D as your primary, it can make a fine backup weapon.
Current Arsenal: Liquidator, MI Flash Flood x2, APH x2, CPS 1200

Primary: CPS 12K, moderate

Secondary: Usually none

Speciality: AP water cannon [day, cache], Douchenator wbl [night, cache or mobile assembly, G1 for mobility, G2 for range, G3 for shot repetition]

Purpose: 12Ks are one of the most versatile soakers ever. I am better with one gun than two. I am also one of very few players using hidden one-timers as standoff breakers, in most wars that is not necessary.

Tactics: Experienced with most known tactical maneuvers. I create new tactics if no good option exists for a given situation.

Cool. I like using my cps 100 and a quick blast the quick blast is awesome. Can you solve the rubix cube in the backround?

Primaries: Any CPS line w/ good range, usually 12k.

Secondaries: FF or TShark (if going heavy, otherwise none)

Sidearm: Max-D 2k/3k (any pistol that fits)

Other: Water balloon canisters (when weight won't matter), .5L reload bottles. (which are always easy to carry in pockets w/o much weight.

Tactics: (1HK) Stealth when possible (usually not), use range and sneak-up attacks as often as possible to avoid engaging in more dangerous situations. Fast charging ninja style and muiti-kill streaks rarely used. (nor work) Stick in groups, have teammates help make attacks/decoys. Most important rule; stay out of danger as much as possible, and always use weapon, environment, and team characteristics as you can.

For non-1HK games where survival does not matter as much (or at all), I tend to go heavier and sometimes dish out as much fire(or water)power as possible. However, stealth tactics are usually also easier to use here, good for making raids on important enemy positions.

primary-cps 2500, monster x ( monster for base, 2500 for heavy assault
secondary- WW orca

tactics- heavy weapons, intimidation. i am usually backed up by our team sniper and our light guns guy, and it seems to work well.

if i'm on base def, just me and our sniper seem adequate,
